The Lump Sum plan is a one-time investment for your website build, followed by low-cost monthly hosting. The Monthly plan removes the large upfront cost and spreads your website, hosting, and ongoing support into one monthly payment. The Publisher plan is built specifically for content-driven websites and includes the publishing infrastructure, hosting, management, and monetization preparation they need.

Yes. Some Greenway plans include a minimum service term depending on the type of website and services provided. Your exact terms will always be explained clearly before you sign anything or make a payment.

Cancellation terms depend on your plan and any minimum service term included in your agreement. Everything is laid out upfront so you know exactly what to expect before getting started.

No. The $100 per page fee for pages beyond the first five applies to the Lump Sum plan. Additional pages are included with the Monthly and Publisher plans as part of the service.

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with bank transfers.

No. We believe you should know what you're paying for before any work begins. Your pricing, what's included, and any additional costs are explained upfront. If you request work outside the original scope, we'll discuss the cost with you before moving forward.

Yes. As your business and website needs change, we can review your current plan and determine the best way to move forward.

Most standard websites take a few weeks from signed agreement to launch. The exact timeline depends on the size of the project and how quickly we receive the information, feedback, and approvals needed to keep things moving.

After signing your agreement, you'll complete a questionnaire about your business, services, customers, goals, and what makes you different. We use that information, along with our own research, to plan your website and write the content.

Yes. You'll have the opportunity to review the design and content, provide feedback, and approve everything before we move into the final stages of development and launch.

No. We can write the website content for you based on your questionnaire, conversations with us, and our research into your business and industry. If you already have content you want to use, we can work with that too.

We don't build your website and disappear. Greenway can continue handling your hosting, maintenance, updates, technical issues, and ongoing support after launch so you have someone to turn to when you need help.

Absolutely. Your feedback is an important part of the process. You'll have opportunities to review the website, request changes, and make sure everything feels right before the site goes live.

Yes. Greenway works with businesses and publishers across the United States and beyond. The entire process can be handled remotely, from our first conversation through development, launch, and ongoing support.

Yes. Hosting is included with our website plans. Lump Sum websites are hosted for $25 per month, while hosting is included in the monthly rate for Monthly and Publisher plans.

If a website we host experiences an issue, we investigate the cause and work to get it back online as quickly as possible. We also monitor the websites we manage so problems can be caught and addressed quickly.

Yes. Security is part of how we manage the websites we host. We keep WordPress, themes, and plugins updated, monitor for issues, and take steps to keep your website protected.

Yes. We don't believe in making it difficult for clients to move on if their needs change. If you decide to use another hosting provider, we can discuss the migration and what's needed to make the transition smoothly.

Websites hosted and managed by Greenway are backed up daily, giving us a recent restore point if something goes wrong.

Yes. We can build and prepare your website for advertising and Google AdSense, including the technical setup and site structure needed for monetization. Ad network approval is ultimately determined by the advertising platform and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Newsletter integration can be included as part of your Publisher website so visitors have a clear way to join your email list and your publication is ready to grow an audience beyond the website itself.
